New ps3 slim 12gb version
im thinking of buying the new super slim ps3 12gb version and was wondering what is the stock firmware thats installed straight out the box

and will i be able to mod FW for CFW

Yes, of course you will, you can install CFW on 3K and 4K models(Super Slim).
Sure every thread on this forum that says you cant is a big fat lie, the mandatory thread you are forced to read is full of lies too and the PS3 scene status banner is just there for decoration........

GregoryRasputin can you post a link for the Cfw needed as im getting the ss 12gb ps3 on thurs and i want to have all files needed
