Aren't almost all new 360s that you buy in stores using the liteon 1175 drive? As far as I know there is no firmware for this drive yet. It's been in testing for a really long time with no ETA. Or is there some other way to modify these?

Actually the 4gb ones usally have a 0225 almost everyone i know did.
