Hello Aldo.

I would like to request another small enhancement. When a user click "+" to "Add new Cheat", he is presented with "Enter Cheat Title" dialog box. Will it be possible to add Cheat Code text field box to that dialog box. By doing this, it will reduce the number of mouse clicks. It will be much easier to copy paste codes from other apps (browser). You could also merge the "Edit Cheat Code" and "Edit Cheat Title" to "Edit Cheat Code".

Double clicking the cheat will perform the existing operation.

I have fixed the issue about the additional clicks when new cheats are added.

Please try the latest build.

I have updated the PS3 Cheats Editor to version 2.4.1
http://aldostools.org/temp/PS3_Cheat..._installer.rar

Changes:
- New tooltip with preview of cheats codes
- Added option to patch an EBOOT.ELF with the selected cheat codes
(so now you can use the cheats on 3.xx and 4.xx without having to launch CodeUnique)
- Added option to open the EBOOT.BIN (the tool will auto-extract the ELF and select it)
- Added option to save the patched ELF as EBOOT.BIN

IMPORTANT:
The EBOOT.ELF must be the same version of the version of the codes.
Newer versions of EBOOT may have different offsets.

Thanks to BahumatLord @ PS3Repack for the tips/idea and bungholio @ CMP for the tutorial about converting CU codes.

Woooah, I can use your awesome tool and put the cheats on a eboot.elf for use with CFW 4.xx!?! How do I get the eboot.bin into an eboot.elf....?? Hmmm

When you patch the ELF, does apply entire cheats from the game or can apply only selected cheats?

Only for the selected cheats... the tool asks:
"Do you want to patch EBOOT.elf with Codes for N selected cheats?"

You can apply the patches one by one or select multiple cheats and apply the patch.

BTW I have updated the editor to add the "Update Offset" command, that should be of help when you are creating cheats for newer versions of EBOOTs based on existing cheats.

So if you already downloaded it and the F7 command is not present, redownload the tool.

But what tool do you recommend to convert eboot.bin into an eboot.elf and then back to an eboot.bin, or could PS3 Cheats Editor do that as well? Please? Because, your PS3 Cheats Editor works under Mac OS X 10.8.2 using Crossover 11.3.x. TIA!
