I got a few rips on my pc but no idea how to transfer it to my PS3. I am on 4.30 rogero 2.03 with multiman. Do i need a program to transfer it or can i just put it on my external and then transfer it? Also what does the file tree look like? My games have usually have in the game folder

"PS3_Game"
"PS3_Disc.fsb"

Where do i put these folders/files so multiman will detect it and make it work?

plug your external into PC and drag drop the PS3 "backups" into the folder on the root of your external called " GAMES " . plug back into PS3 load MM and bam there they are, if they do not show then hit the refresh icon in the games tab in MM

thanks! besides the FTP how do we copy games from external to internal ps3 hd if it's larger than 4gb. sorry if i'm being a noob i can't search for life of me

Filezilla and openFTP pkg for ps3. Filezilla is installed on PC and openFTP is installed on PS3

there are TUTs for that out there ^_^ otherwise FileZilla and MM. MM has a FTP thing now too, MMFTP in the settings somewhere.

External has to be fat32. For games with files that are over 4gb, use PS3Splitter.

yeah ps3 only reads FAT32, while MM can read NTFS the PS3 cannot load from that.

yup what player said , there is a app called PS3Splitter, but when the split games are put on external the standard payload for MM wont launch split games still for some reason >_< your guna have to track down the latest HERMES payload and install it, then in MM switch from standard to HERMES payload in the very bottom option of settings

Ive had my payload on the last HERMES one for the last year - year and half and all my games have never had any issues loading, if they did I turned on BD-Mirror and bam they work perfect ^_^
