I wish I could help. But since you are in Germany and I am in the U.S.A., I can't.

I would suggest you find someone locally, to do the downgrade for you.
It will be cheaper than buying all the stuff you need. Also, it will be done by someone with experience and you won't have to worry about breaking your PS3.
