I thought Graf was German and that it was German police who raided his home. In America Graf didn't violate any laws. And piracy is only a civil law here, not a criminal law. You would only face monetary discipline, if any. He would never have gone to jail, nor would the police had raided his home for reverse engineering. If anything he would have been served papers for a lawsuit and a judge may have told him he had to turn his property. That would only have been after Sony proved in court that he violated a law which he clearly didn't. Nope, I'd say that's a long way from American law.

This is actually bad news for people with ofw more than it is for those on cfw. Now there's an easier method to unban and many ofw owners will be affected, especially if you keep unbanning each time you get banned.

Nope i was playing the game for the first time on my system the 19 or 18 of dec 2012.... tried to access online tournament, only to find out i needed an online pass.... other reasons i was banned might be reactPSN or just plain ol CFW.... but i might have F up, because my system was getting freezes on the Whats new screen, and i might have sendt sony a system report, not on purpose, but either the kids, or i did being impatient, after restarting the system 110 times....

What you need is two ps3's on the same account one with cfw an the other with ofw as sony go by the last time you signed in, so you could play a game on cfw then sign in on your ofw wich would be marked down as your last sign in,

also just because you run cfw doesnt mean your a cheat and you want to cheat online, sure the option is there on cfw but if you use it to cheat to get trophys or f**k people off then your just a doosh and dont deserve your right to own a console.

I think sony are stupid, they shouldve cashed in on the whole jailbreak scene from the start, well its there own fault now.
