not banned .. lol using rebug 4.21 no stealth crap. all games and files on my external hdd are read only. no react crap. no emulators. signed out and deleted multiman before going online. im still kicken. just signed in on OFW gunna stick to it for a while lol

in europe "in my case" in OFW 4.31 theres an icon singstar on the game menu, rogero messed up with this icon, in the fact this icon leads to a download of the application singstar, maybe sony is looking for this app in the game menu and if you signed in PSN and no singstar app = ban......this is my teory, but makes sense because no other firmware have this application.

Good theory but... I am on Rogero v4.30 v2 and in Europe but still have this god awful Singstar icon on my XMB after upgrading to it.

Interesting point, and make me think how on earth i can be on 4.31 with rogero... When i go to system setting it says that im on 4.31 and have singstar icon but still using rogero... W-T-F? Im lost with this

i got banned so gave them a call just now( in the uk) and they told me what homebrew , psn and new game releases i have on my cfw .. i was stpid and used same account on my ofw and cfw so lost years of trophys.. but they took my money for ps+ just before banning me the D**KS!!

I have a legit untouched PS3 slim, it is on 4.31 OFW and it has the Singstar icon there, it's meant to be there.

Eur/Aust/Nz consoles.

I got banned because my kids logged me in on my cfw ps3. they wanted to play each other online with one being in one room and his brother in another room. I don't really care about being banned from SEN. I never really used their online service. it was rare that i did. i'm always on line with my xbox 360. Let's be honest, how many people on this scene really care about psn access? i think i can say that 98% of us are really crying over the bans and for those who are not banned, they may never had signed up for the service or has signed but never used it.
