If I could unban, I would. Just to **** with Sony and let them know that this scene has the ability to do so.

The process to unban on the 360 was mayhem if I remember correctly. I'd take advantage of it here if its simple. If not, oh well I'm not losing any sleep over a ban.

a bit of a side track but does anyone know if the iphone app psn friends actually signs you into psn? So like this i can check thru my iphone at times when i dont wanna do it thru ps3 if i was banned. Just wondering.

i have tested a few new games recently released, and played online pes 2013 with original key for online. And until now not banned.....and i created a new psn account and try it and not banned to.....i think they are looking for recent logs with multiman and the multiman stealth, and i have the teory they are looking for the singstar app in the xmb....just teory. Rogero could realease a new firmware with that app in xmb because version 1.03 as it on xmb and he messed up in recently releases by removing that. Cheers

How many of you actually read the PSN/SEN TOS and honestly expected to not get banned when using cfw/mfw online?

I am a crazy, paranoid, weirdo and as such I never agree to anything before I try to fully understand the terms and conditions.

Even if it takes me eight hours, I will read/try to make sure I understand every single word in the TOS before I agree to it.

I am not banned yet and I don't use the stealth multiman,(because I have nothing to hide) I do have homebrew installed but only true homebrew, no duplex games, no downloaded games, no react psn games and no ill gotten dlc.

As far as sony is concerned, I may as well be on ofw, Because I now and never in the past ever had nothing illegal installed on the ps3 I go online with.

Suffice it to say: I do not have anything Illegal installed on my cfw ps3, yet I still expect to be banned due to the fact that I am violating the TOS because I have cfw.

If you don't want to be banned then never go online with cfw. It really is as simple as that.

What indisputable proof do you have that sony can in fact distinguish the difference between a backup and a retail game?

Many people here have stated that sony has banned them due to having homebrew on their ps3 and confirmed with phone calls to sony. In other words, to play backups u need homebrews which is multiman. Sony detects thats. just my 2cents though.

Please re read every post in this thread then retry to explain what what you meant to imply.

Edit: I would really appreciate someone clearly defining how sony can or can not tell the difference between a backup and a disc.

I among others were banned playing a legit disc. Is that confirmation enough? No? I even posted pics of my legit game and the legit backup of it in the Black Ops 2 thread. I hope that's definition enough.
