No I'm still good at the moment mate, the banned bit was the end of the sentence, my time will come.

I don't actually play online I only browse the store so maybe Sony will have mercy on me and not ban my account as its my vita one too.

Sucks that many of you have been banned. I can only assume they will ban me as well, at some future time, but one good thing did occur to me. Sony must have no other way of dealing with us and that is what has motivated them to ban us, which says to me that we should at minimum have complete access to every game from this point further.
