I know that J-runner will do it for you in the xbox360, (Off coarse in some cases you have to do it manually)
but how can we do it for the PS3?

Good old j-runner I remember before j-runner I made my own app to do it all j-runner just looks good lol

It's same to remap the blocks but its finding the bad blocks that's the hard long time consuming part

It's hard to explane but the interleaved is ok your errors are the data extracting

You need to join the two then remap the bad blocks unfortunately they don't go to the end (3fff) and in reverse order like Xbox
Then you need to replace the tsop or remap but I seem to find remapping to there designated badblock area fails ???
I can only succeed on placing bad blocks in there orig position and replacing tsop's

How many bad blocks do you have??
In top or bottom ??
Is console cechg ??
Are your nands a or b's

from another forum:
You are welcome. I already contacted him and talked to him about this problem. He told me that this problem always happened in this board version SEM-001 since Samsung U0B NAND chips are very bad and always have a bad blocks.

The best solution for that is to find a spare Samsung U0A NAND chips from old COK-001 or COK-002 board or if you can order it in new condition. So after that just flash your dump into this chips and replace the bad one in the board but that will need a good soldering skills or maybe someone could help you doing this.

Half the problem yes dump NAND with bad blocks
Replace tsop's and flash back the bad block locations are still empty and the data remapped to a safe location

Your in exact same sticky sh*t you started you need to remap the badblock

Ps updating wont fix it either as syscon still believes there's bad blocks at xx address
