I was thinking the same with my post... No matter how good a guy you seem @Annelies you also seem unstable/immature.

I can log onto ps3hax in the morning and see a thread from you, where the first post from OP has been edited to say "nevermind just delete me" or something, because y had settled down... It just doesnt seem good enough, no matter your intentions, and how genuine they are.
Anyway congratulations on your OP/IRC chan upgrade... i dont really see the point in this thread, as peoples opinions seems to havent mattered anyway (which is a bit odd), but it served nicely as an official announcement thread, for the promotion. I think alot of people checked this thread.

for the record. many people on IRC have come and gone who deserve +h +o but you cant/shouldnt promote everyone. that would be like giving mod status to 20/30 people here.
this was the first time i have heard that @Annelies wanted +o.
its not down to @GregoryRasputin to do it, any op can do it if he/she feels it is fitting but only admins can make it permanent
