Im still fine and was playing BO2 for a while, stopped now as it has bored me so decided to play San Andreas haha!

I downgraded a mates ps3 then put cfw on it, he got his psn banned withing 24hrs...? But new account is fine now for him.

Sony is obviously being selective with their ban strategy. This is all me speculating and it's just that...speculation atm.

I think they take alot into account,

How long you've been part of the ps "family"
how active you are as a gamer, (dlc purchases, plus membership...etc)
Your standing with the network (Ever accused of cheating, reported for trash talk and so on.)

The he / she will eventually come back to ofw (This is based on the standstill with 3.55, many including myself at the time were invested in psn, which many switched back)

Dumping /mounting a game online through mm (This one is a no brainer, if all they get from logs is you loading a backup they'll assume you're pirating, it doesn't take much from there)

There is the "I just got a ps3 to hack it crowd"...they seem to get banned the earliest...which is why I believe unlike MS, they actually do take some measures and considerations.

As soon as 3k3y is available I'll get my BD key and mod this PS3 and go OFW, it will become all about piracy to hurt Sony where it matters, their pockets, stupid sons of *****es banned my account whilst others who are pirating are still gaming..

I never used any DLC, modded game saves, cheats or anything like that.

Does anybody know what the app is called that lets you wipe all your data clean? My console isn't banned but I want the app for after I extract my BD key and before I go OFW with the 3k3y.

Still online. Not hiding anything. Mount games with MM and then play them. No stealth mode. I actually dont think stealth mode has helped anyone. I did recently have my hard drive have an issue and I was forced to format, but since have modified a couple games and included decrypted online passes. I dont realy play fps games much, but like racing games and have played some multiplayer action with those. Last night played pinball mostly posting scores to the leaderboards and such. I do have two systems one with my main account has plus so not wanting to lose that I created a new account on cfw and primarily play that. I have spent maybe as much as 200 dollars on content from psn including online passes for pirated games and costumes for ofw LBP (my daughters) so maybe that is something psn is taking into consideration?? Not sure.

Only thing I can think of was I used Condor.pkg when going from Rebug 3.55 to Rogero 3.55 v7 or something like that, this was even before 4.30 (v2.03).

I also did this for my friend and my friend at the same time (day) as me got his account banned/suspended.

Been on PSN since the day the 4.30 CFW came out. Played online regularly. Bought Online Passes for FIFA13 and BF3 bought couple of DLC and still playing with no problem. Have to knock on wood so it may be like that in the future

(Qoute) I literally forgot to sign out of psn when loading mm a week ago and again this past weekend. I started chatting with friend fir about a hour threw psn on my ps3. While sitting in mm.

My console is not banned, I'm almost wondering if there checking for a legitimate psn account .act file to verify you legit bought something from them or are just pirating all psn related stuff.

I also was on psn and forgot to signout befre using multiman and i actually copied my black ops 1 disc while online. one thing is .ALL my psn friends are local and i know personally i know that they wont report me but whos to say some of you just have alot of random adds maybe some one did report them . that or you are right we are not getting te whole story . what i think it is is latley theres been all the save game tools ect for modding i bet alot of people are modding games going online and are not fessing up to it.

i am not banned. havent used any mods online , I have NEVER played black ops 2 online on my cfw but i did play it on my OFW . i have the same real psn account linked to both of them . with only real purchased content . this account is also linked to fb. ( also) when i play black ops 2
on OFW im lucky to get threw any match with out a hard freeze. after i reboot it asks if i would like to send a report saying all the info of my ps3 and what i used it for ect. this ps3 is unmodded and so i send the report. maybe because of this report i sent in 398908324 times confirming i have ofw and no mods on this ps3 they think im legit . that or they are turning there heads due to the fact i still buy everything.

few other things . ive always been able to get on psn even when we didnt on cfw because of my ofw ps3 ( so theres no long time inbetween my sign in's ) example some one that has not been online since dec 2011 . but goes back online release date of new cfw ? that would be fishy .

I do not use any other homebrew other than MM , showtime , Toolbox

Ive pushed my luck to even hack and sync trophies TROLOLOL

only used react psn BAck on 3.55 for a seprate account and only for black ops 1 dlc. so no Edats.

I make sure to use original files on my back ups when playing online. ( you never know when some one messed with the eboot and under what your playing on your psn profile says someting likke **** sony or sum****)

I regularly buy stuff on ofw psn store.

Ive only played black ops 2 on OFW ( obvious reasons)

same psn account on both ps3 ( also only the ofw is linked to fb )

friends are local ( no random adds To report you if they see something fishy)

sending crash report almost everytime i play blops 2 because of hardfreezing ( sony recieves all the info and my usage of my ofw ps3 )

account was originally made on ofw.

Maybe a few things to help narrow it down i guess
