Tv Repairing, any help?

So yeah I have started tv repairing as a hobby as I know a guy who gets faulty tvs as part of his job so buying them and repairing. I have fixed two so far, one which im currently using.

Now I have a sharp 32 inch here () but yeah it has no power atall, all the caps on the power board look okay .

Any ideas what is wrong?

Its defo the powerboard as my 42 inch tv needed a new one, works good as new now. Thing is this model is £60 for a new board...

I can hear the little electricity noise is makes when I put the cable in the back of the tv, how will I know what components to replace?

not sure about in scotland but in the england around me they dont allow it anymore (they used to) due to regulations but a quick jump over a gate and a rug over the camera gets you in no problems
