There's really not much to say for any emulation of recent consoles on the PS3. It's just not going to happen due to having to code for too many threads and bizarre architecture.
All the decent emulators that get ported to the Xbox 360 for example are are straight ports of existing emulators for the PC. For any decent speed the PS3 would need emulators coded from the ground up for it. Which is simply not going to happen. nullDC was never going anywhere, we all knew that from the beginning. ...sorry guess you're not asking that....

I'd be happy with a MSX emulator - that supposedly is easy to port.
Emulators like DC and N64 became a distant and improbable dream... Edit: Im here using DOSBOX +fMSX-DOS, messing with autoexec.bat and config.sys to make a pkg with the games I want (metal gear 1/2), but for some weird reason, the video emulation is incredibly slow independent of cpu cycles, video and processor choices. I wonder what kind black magic @samson did to get msx emulator running fine on windos final

The Dreamcast and the Saturn are cool consoles, games like Bass Fishing,Powerstone,Virtua Cop,Die Hard Trilogy, Virtua Tennis and Taxi are very nice games, to bad there are no good emulators on the ps3 (my Saturn is dead and i sold the dreamcast 10 years ago for a ps2).

I have all of those. I can't lie, I'm a Nintendo fan first. To me the 64 was the greatest console ever. Opinions vary on platforms. Mostly depending on what was popular during the time period of peoples childhood. I have more of an appreciation for PS1 and PS2 now than I did when they were popular. I always loved the Dreamcast too. If they would have only included DVD playback I think Sega would still be making consoles today. IT didn't help that EA boycotted the Dreamcast. But every time you play XBOX/360 you're essentially holding a Dreamcast controller. I'm actually building a new gaming PC as we speak. My motherboard went out on my other one. I just ordered an Nvidia mobo, a new tower, and will be running two GeForce 560 ti's in SLi. I love playing old emulators in DirectX 11. Nothing gets done more justice than the 64 and Dreamcast in emulators. They look amazing. I have PC usb adapters for just about every console controller as well.
