lol, you can´t miss GR´s post.
you missed it in the tutorial.

Swap Magic is a BOOT disc. you didn´t download SwapMagic...I think. you downloaded the files that swap magic will boot off of usb.
I would forget about this and just keep you eyes on this thread.

didn´t even notice if you have a ps2 BC PS3 which makes alot of difference.

i did not buy it, i downloaded the one linked in this topic.
if i need to buy it, there is no point. i only want to play MGS3, i might as well buy blank DVD, burn it and play it on my old chipped PS2, i just prefer using ps3.

any information about cobra usb and/or opencobra?

also is there anyway to find out if my ps3 supports ps2 games? it is not the slim version, but i have no idea if its usa/jap/eur.

No it have not been block by sony . I do mine and it have the latest update.

Haven't used it since I updated to 3.55kmeaw. Additionally, when I did try it, it didn't seem to load any ps2 games for some reason. Might be because I needed to defrag my external hdd, but I'm not sure. Try it and let us know?

Ok. I ordered Swap Magic 3.8 earlier this week so when it comes in the mail I will try it and let you know.
