Can I downgrade 2 PS3

CECH2504A datecode 1b

CECH2004A datecode 2c

Im not sure because of datecode. Can someone help me?

it doesnt make sense: cech2004a with 2c?
make sure you have it right.
someone claimed it has done it (data code 1b).
personally i only done 1a and below

Your datecode for the 2004a is not 2c.
You should read the link, that you said you already seen, and learn how to figure out the datecode.

Use MinVerChk to find the lowest the PS3 can go. If it says 3.56, you can use e3 flasher to go to 4.30CFW, as long as it is not on OFW4.31.

have you ever tryed a datacode 1b for downgrade? im courious to know.

I haven't tried it yet. Since I have not come across one of the cech-25xx that min version check says 3.56.
But as long as it is not metldr 2, and not on OFW 4.31. You can do this.

EDIT - If you were asking if date code 1B can be downgraded normally? No it can not. Some 1A can not be either. And anything 1C and higher can not do anything with. But for those select 1A and 1B, that are not able to go to 3.55. They can be jailbroken with the above method.

yeah i know that perfectly. downgraded some 3.56&3.6 min factory but all of them were 1a. I think that 1b is not mtldr 2. if that is true it means all 2500 series can be downgraded, no?

There are 2500 series with metldr 2. Some with date code 1b, and some with 1c. Not sure if 1d is 2500 or 3000 series.

But anyway, so some 1b datecodes are metldr 2 and can not do anything with.

its more logical to assume that sony implemented metldr2 on 3000 series. i have done 2 ps3 that are shown in red area of ps3 devwiki

of course they were data code 1a. thats why i was curios about 1b
