My brother got me a Gold Controller Shell for my PS3 controller. I told him I'm not messing with it, you install it.

So like 2 hours later he brings it to me. I test it out. Everything works but the left analog stick does not work like it did before.

I only play Call of Duty really. When I go to run (push up and pushing L3 in) he will run like normal. But sometimes if your just walking around (pushing left stick up) he will walk really slow and you need to let go and push it up again, sometimes it takes two times. It's really annoying at the least.

What did he do that my left stick doesn't work now?

Bump, no one? Don't wanna tear it apart blind if someone knows what the problem is. Also the D-Pad down button doesn't work unless you push on it hard.

Gonna guess it's not laying quite flat inside there, or that something is slightly obstructing it.
