ok i have just read 2 nand from a SEM motherboard and in flowrebuilder
flash0 (top) is where are cpu and gpu
flash1 (down) is where you have 2 pin connector for power
so you are right

In flowrebuilder if you invert the nand order don't give an error,so take care; but if you look at files generated you have a file for the nand and a folder with many different files, in case the nand are inverted in the folder you will find only two empty file.have a look at the attachments

ok thanks alot.

But I'm not at that part yet, im still stuck at the last step of setting up the progskeet (soldering the progskeet).

Now i have a soldered the 3.3v + gnd from the y-board tot he prosgkeet but I saw on another video that i still need to solder the r9 with R11 and he also had something with the r7 and r8. so i'm still not sure how i should do it, on the guide it is shown with a previous model, the blue ones. I have v1.2 and I dont know if i should do the same as how they show with the blue versions.

Maybe someone can show me a picture of how to connect them?
I really need to know for sure so tat i dont accidently "wreck" my progskeet or nand chip

Ok, i'm all set now.
Now when I start winskeet with my progskeet connected with the nand chip, when i finally click auto in the NAND tab this comes up:
