its fake. you must use a hardware flasher to downgrade to 3.55 if your ps3 has been on 3.55 or lower before

Yes.
You can downgrade your PS3 to 3.55 with E3Flasher as long as you PS3 permits. What's you PS3 model #? eg. CECH-XXXXXX
