the point was that a cfw ps3 is much bigger and much more complicated then a firmware flash on 360, you could only compare a cfw ps3 to a jtag/rgh 360, but not to a firmware flash 360

Check this out. If you have a personal version or wanna do this for yourself just extraxt the package and change the content type in the Param.sfo file to HM (PSN) and rebuild using the tools available and install the resulting pkg over the already installed one.

need someone on 3.55 / 4.21 REBUG to beta something for me, banned or not it doesn't matter.

(3.55 preferred) having a h/w flasher might be advisable.

(NOR PS3, only.)

Yeah, not sure if possible with Nand dumps as i've never had time to examine a full dump, let alone had a nand dump to work with, i'll try and port it at sometime if it works.

Well I was guna downgrade to 355 rebug to get proper nand dump. Like I said my id is band so I will try and get that uped for ya soon. Will pm ya with DLL when there up ^_^
