Hello everyone,

I want to start off by apologizing for not meeting the minimum posting requirement. Quite frankly, I rarely forum troll nor do I use my PS3 so I may never even reach 25 posts. If my feeler AD is deleted, I do understand.

FEELER: Would like to know if it's worth selling.

A used, adult owned, excellent, working, and in immaculate condition first generation PS3 system. No indication of wear and tear such as scratches or blemishes. Although purchased during it's first release, I probably had it "boxed" nearly 85-90% of it's lifespan up to date. The system has all original cables, instructions, and packaging. All games are in flawless condition. The guitar controllers are practically brand new with original packaging (probably used no more than 10 times). The last firmware (whatever that may be - I'll have to check) was updated nearly a year ago. It has never been modded, jailbroken, or tampered with in any way.

UPDATE: Firmware or System Software is Version 4.00

The only major gripe would be the six axis controller. Although in perfect working condition it is a little worn and the left rubber analog stick sleeving tore off. A reminder why you shouldn't let other's borrow things for over 6 months. Anyhow,

If you're interested in seeing what you can get for it just put it up for auction with a reserve.

If its been left alone for nearly a year, the firmware will be between 3.41-3.70 for sure.
Anyway, i am one of the best price negotiators on this forum just ask haz lol.
I mean, i'l top the previous £1 offer from Wolfie, round it off to £10, which is a very fair price and a good bargain for yourself. As long as the p&p charges to the UK are under £10-12, i'l pay £22 overall. If we got a deal, and your 'feeling' my offer, pm me. ;-)

. Correct me if I'm wrong, it may or may not apply to these forums, but from what I last remembered, a FEELER AD is also placed to get an idea of how much I would be able to sell it for. Hence "Your feeler feedback and opinions are greatly appreciated". Given the fact that I rarely use the system and given the fact that I am asking the opinions of other's, is probably a good indication that I don't know the going price. With no idea of how much to sell it for, why would I even CONSIDER posting or naming a price here or on an auction?

Could have been updated from disc though.

Best bet is to turn it on and check what FW it's on now so you can get a better idea of what you can expect for it.

Assuming I kept up to date and had the latest FW on disc. Another indication that I rarely used the system, regrettably.

Will the FW version affect the asking price significantly? Can't the FW be updated to an earlier or later version? I'll definitely check and post the FW when I get home tonight. Thanks!
