Is there a way to fix this? a patch, a new CFW...

Try going to Rogero 4.30cfw v2.03. Should work then.

I could not find anything related to rogero 4.3 v2.03 as tutorial or download on this forum. All I found was this http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=45504 and is about v1.0 not to mention it looks a bit controversial/challenged by people.
On other sites I found some PUP file but with CEX in the filename and I'm not sure is the right one.

Can any1 point me to the right tutorial and downloads?

I had to fix permisions though for each game.

Wtf must be a new security coded move my one worked on kmeaw when I had kmeaw are you talking about the disk or the move itself ?

Sounds like a disk. I just bought another works fine. Don't know how a controller could tell the PS the FW it needs

First to answer previous questions, the move controller came with a demo disk. The disk was asking for 3.66 firmware. since I was on 3.55CFW, I was in trouble.

Now the new challenge.
I can use the move controller (navigate through menu, load a game, use the demo disk) but when I try to use it in a saved game (Little Big Planet 2) using Multiman it doesn't work. I can use it as regular controller X, O, [], but since I have no arrows, I cannot use it at all. EDIT: I cannot navigate in Multiman to switch from a game to another.
The light doesn't turn ON, although in the demo it does.
PS recognises it as controller 7.

Is there a problem with the games, or is a step (configuration maybe) I fail to address?

update your multiman and the move controller works just fine to navagate in the xxmb

the 3.55 firmware supports move controller

connecting the move controller doesnt make the ps3 ask for 3.66fw

CEX is for normal console's
DEX is for DEBUG console's

i would say you have a CEX console otherwise you would have mentioned that you have converted CEX to DEX

and tortuga cove is rogero's home.
get all his firmwares from there if your not sure if you have a genuine rogerocfw

I am currently running on multiMAN ver 04.14.00 BASE CEX (20121128).
Currently I make a copy of demo disk on HDD to see if I experience the same problem.
But next I'm going to update multiman to 04.17.02 as I understand 04.17.03 is having some problems at installation.
Then I'll see if it works with the games...
