Wonderbook: Book of Spells discless on 4.21 REX
I am desperate! I have a slim with a busted BD & I am trying to get this game working. I have Rebug 4.21 DEX with BDEMU working on other backups but this gives me a 80010009 unmodified or crashes back to XMB with any of the other methods/resigner/straight-up-voodoo I have tried. I can provide files, specs, social security numbers, whatever, but I am on the brink here! It doesnt have an update and the multiman fix didnt do the trick.

The game is absolutely useless without the book and the game knows if you have it or not.

I bought the move starter pack/wonderbook combo. I have the game sitting here laughing at me. I would damn near upgrade to OFW just to get it working for the kids but the BD is shot & it would take me 2 hours to get it to recognize the disc (if I was damn lucky).

I did once a while ago. I'll try again if I run out of CFW options but it seems like its so close. Surely I am just not patching the eboot properly or something?

Well I have changed back to 4.21 REX(CEX), then tried 3.55.3 REX(CEX) and now 3.55.3 REX(DEX) with BDEMU and still nothing. On 3.55.3 CEX it went black screen and stayed there but not frozen. On 3.55.3 DEX it kicks me back to the XMB. Would Hermes BDEMU2 help here? If so where do I get a compatible one?

I have the same problem with the same config that u have due to burned bray drive...
This is the only game I cant run... I was told to try Multiman EBOOT fix, I will do it now and post results |

Wondering now about the dump. I am using the STRIKE release... Are you? I am about to marry another BD to my ps3 and make my own dump. I'll let you know how that goes.
