Hello. A friend mine bought a PS3 and it has 3.72 OFW. Is there any 3.72 CFW or is it possible to JailBreak??

You cannot JB OFW 3.72, Your best option is to have it DownGraded if it is the right model for doing so.

Sorry the 3K models cannot be downgraded at this time, But am sure if you keep a watchfull eye there may at some point be a way to downgrade from models 3k and above.

no it isn't I'm afraid. you are stuck for the forseeable future. you might as well upgrade to the latest official firmware and enjoy online play with games you purchase.
