Bundles (most of them) come with 3.6x OFW, if you buy a 3K even higher OFW'S.
No downgrade possible.

Depends on the game.. Toy story's kinda old (June 2010) too.
Someone on another site says it comes with 3.30 OFW (looking at his sig seems to confirm it). See for yourself : tinyurl.com/cybyvar Also, the next post there by Pereb backs it up..
