i know @judges has been hoping someone does just that.

if your up for developing this dev board to do NAND i also would be very interested in this

i know @judges is doing a great work in this field .. sorry for the mess but i never meant that i know C language programming and it was long ago since i tried to learn such things.. anw the teensy ++ 2.0 can handle nearly everything we want in this field .. and it's not easy to make such bitstream .. the funny thing i ordered everything .. from progskeet 1.2 till e3 flasher and still no luck .. such a sh** u know .. teensy ++ 2.0 board didn't arrive.. progskeet 1.2 no correct bit stream and bought a clone e3 flasher ! i guess im just out of luck

lol sorry i assumed thats what you ment
never mind
the E3 wont do NAND either just progskeet

off topic
although i wouldnt mind a heads up from anyone in the xbox scene with a list of known flashers that are available for the NAND

oh and on the subject of xbox how do you tell the boards and systems apart?
could someone p/m me some good links

Digiprog: It's a real shame you never received your Teensy2.0++. All I know is that I ordered mine international and it came fine no problems (received to the UK, just before Xmas). If you aren't in the States then it was most likely your local customs import / or lost. They can be asses.

For Teensy2.0++ remember to add the optional 3.3 voltage regulator to Basket before placing the order. Nobody says it beforehand: the voltage regulator doesn't come pre-included with the main item. It's only $1 extra.

And may I just add:

Judges has showed me pictures of his PS3 and its definately is a NOR console. So my point:

Unless somebody sends @judges a free NAND console to play with himself, it seems he is rather dependant on sombody else (for example like you digiprog here) to develop and contribute the necessary NAND support for inclusion into NORWAY. To wit the quote:

I honestly don't know what that means. But you can of course get onto his (judges) official thread to discuss over there.

norway is for nor made by marcan judges ported it to teensy++ and developed it further making it the great tool it is today.

as norway is for nor then to get teensy working on nand needs a whole new program creating.

and nobody mentions the 3.3v reg?
you havent read my guide or judges main page of his norway thread then?

Not 'C' but VHDL for Actel FPGAs (I believe, could be wrong). If it was a simple case of using 'C', believe me, I would have ripped their design to shreds and produced something with more damn bells & whistles on it than a Christmas Tree.

Like I said, FPGA's... big hole in my C.V. and I now of no-one in my professional circles that know how to program them and hence get me into them either

To be more precise: That is something which is not the fault of any of your downgrading guides. Of course we are told about the need for a voltage regulator. But it is perhaps too easy to assume that the Teensy comes with one already included! I mean - I certainly forget to order the extra part. It is 1 miniscule SMT component for which there is no mention about it on the main PJRC ordering page for the Teensy 2.00++. I have been considering emailing PJRC to explain the issue with them. It would be nicer if they could include a clear cross-link to the optional Voltage Regulator on their main Teensy 2.0++ ordering page. But it's not even mentioned, or hinted at. And the photo there, see, is of the TOP of the Teensy, so nothing really looks to be missing on it! Go here to see what I mean:

http://pjrc.com/store/teensypp.html

I only didn't raise the issue because it kindda seemed like I was *****ing and moaning over nothing, just because I was tool enough to forget it myself. So what do you think?

what post number is that quote from?

@afzoo3hax every thing i wanted is sum testing using the teensy board :P anw it's not a problem i didn't recieve the teensy ++ .. anw what judges meant when he sayed ur teensy (2.0)board that you have has no enough i/o point is basically the "wires that links the nor to the at90usb chip on the teensy board" but this board has enough wires for nands wich has no "bitstream" for the teensy board .. and sorry if i made it long but i stated before a teensy ++ 2.0 is a great tool u can nearly use it for everything .. but just like Andy's status.. programming is the big hole in my cv too :P .. im sure judes is perfectly aware of nands and he's making a great job in developing stuff for the scene and umm judges needs just a YLOD nand ps3 to test on .. not important to have a working ps3 so he can test ..

i didnt know @judges was wanting some nand boards
if he wants some for reading / writing then i can soon send him some
the boards are usless (test boards for setting up my re-work starion)
but the nands are fine

i put in the guide to order the optional extra volt reg if you do it in that way (you dont actually need the volt reg anymore)

but yes i see what you mean
most sites give a link or have a tick box to add the extra parts
(ps if you ask them about it dont mention the teensy is being used to flash nor as they will cancel your order)

ok so he's not talking about the teensy++ not having enough io wires he's talking about the minimus avr
