First post, sorry for my english!

1. I have E3 Flasher, but do i need USB dongle too?
2. As far as i understand a USB dongle makes it possible to play 3.56+ games?
3. So the question is really... do I need to buy a dongle or is there another way? (safe way that wont brick)
4. If i have to buy a dongle, which one is the best?

you'll need some cardreader ( from e3 ) once or twice, not to play 3.56+ games.

just downgrade to 3.55, jailbreak it, and update to a 4.30 CFW ( or whatever the latest one is.. )

yes you need a dongle
the E3 card reader is a good choice
its to put you into factory service mode NOT for anything else

Oh, I thought that E3 flasher did put the PS3 in factory service?

One more question... I haven't bought the E3 Flasher yet, but is limited edition necessary for me? (I won't be running dual boot for example)

All the limited version has is a sata dock, no need for that.

You have a modified console. Chances are you will get banned, Sony has laid the ban hammer down lately. You have to remember it's Sony's console, they can detect any hardware/software mods you have.
