Neimod's Exploit Has 3DS Game Developer Upset - Wii U Hax
A few days ago, we posted here, news thatÂ*Neimod had gainedÂ*Full Kernel Control of the 3DS, heÂ*hasn’tÂ*releasedÂ*anything, butÂ*thisÂ*hasn’tÂ*stoopedÂ*a 3DS game developer worriedÂ*about piracy on the system.
Jools WatshamÂ*co-founder and game director of Renegade Kid,Â*rantsÂ*on his blog about how he willÂ*leaveÂ*the 3DS console behind, if piracy gets to much on the system, here is his rantÂ*labeledÂ*”3DS Piracy!” in full, i have highlighted some interesting parts: According to a report fromÂ*Tiny Cartridge, hackers are starting to delve into the 3DS, illegally. This may open up pathways for pirates to obtain and distribute games on the black market. The good news is that Nintendo has the ability to put up a good fight against pirates due to 3DS system updates and such. Let’s hope this is enough to stop piracy. Time will tell.Source and Jools blog Now what i will say to Jools is, that if you are so worried about piracy andÂ*threatenÂ*to leave the 3DSÂ*systemÂ*behind, then perhaps you should just stop creating games altogether,Â*because you canÂ*guaranteeÂ*that those games you have released onÂ*Â*IOS have been piratedÂ*toÂ*hell and those you plan to release on Windows will suffer the same fate, thereÂ*isn’tÂ*a system that will never be hacked, there will never be a system that wont run pirate games, its just something you have to deal with. Not sure if it's wordpress or something but there's all kinds of random characters, symbols and grammatical errors that get plunked in these posts I'm starting to notice.

The only way to fight piracy is to lower the price...
Music mafia or game mafia.... they both don't understand the market is over flooded with their products, nothing special at all nowadays but still asking the jackpot for their products....

Agreed, I'm more likely to buy a $15 DLC game than a $65 after tax game that is usually as broken on release day. Game devs since the xbox 360 and ps3 have rushed the **** out of their products to let the consumers be the beta testers. When I pay $15 for something that isn't polished I don't get nearly as mad as when I pay for a $65 product that wasn't fully tested. ZombiU for example, I had to restart my game twice (both about 10-12hrs in) because of bull**** bugs that should had been caught during beta testing. They both happened because my character died... THATS IT, THATS ALL IT TOOK TO BREAK IT!

Yeah, I like my Wii U but there are some obviously bad choices they've made... The fact that the console won't charge the game pad and you have to plug it in and even on a full charge with the brightness all the way down you only get about 3hrs of gameplay. You have to have a self powered external hdd, you can't use one that runs solely off the usbs power. The pro controller doesn't have a headset jack. They didn't add any upscaling to the wii mode to clean it up. Also, I dunno if it's just me but where I have my Wii U which is next to my xbox 360 and ps3 they all get perfect wifi reception whereas my Wii U constantly disconnects. Sadly, most of that stuff is all hardware based so they can't band-aide it.

You know how many hackers crack new PC games all the time but the PC gaming scene continues to prosper.
