Hi,
I have ps3 slim 320 gb CECH-2504B Date code 1B Version 3.70
I want to downgrade this version to 3.55 , i went to the Specialist and told me can not downgrade this version.
help me

The first thing you must need is:

- A PS3.
- MinVerChk

Here is the simple steps you need to follow:

1 - Copy the MinVerChk to your USB stick, the same way as if it was an firmware upgrade.
2 - Insert the USB stick into the PS3.
3 - Start a firmware update like normal from XMB (Don't worry, it will not update!)
4 - It will shortly fail and display the Firmware Base Value

there's sum of them that comes with factory 3.56 and rogero new cfw can be installed on this model

i have date code 1B

well data code 1B may have :
CECH-25xx (JSD-001) with 3.56 from factory - datecode 1B (common)
CECH-25xx (JTP-001) with 3.56 from factory - datecode 1B (common)
or
CECH-25xx (JSD-001) with 3.60 from factory - datecode 1B

so u need to check ur factory firmware with the tool i told you about..

Basing it off all the ones I've been asked about failing minverchk. I could be wrong though as you say, I just know in my experience, I haven't seen one that was possible. Also, based if off the slim chart.
