Hi I have tried two 3:55 cfw and reinstalling 4:31 to 3:55 downgrader pup
But it will unpack it and then message that the firmware is corrupted

I got stuck on this firmware once and alot of other users have to. The way I got out was by pure luck I think. I tried ofw 3.55 kmeaw none worked. I did eventually get the rogero 3.55 v3.7 to work after pulling the plug from the console for a minute switching it back on I used @condorstrike recovery pkg to get me into recovery (nor chip only). It never took me to recovery with the 6 menu but to the message where you need to put the firmware blah dee blah and hit select + start. That was when I got off that firmware after trying for 2 days.

yeah thats what im trying i am using rogero 3.55 v3.7 as the firmware but condor is putting me into start + select where it always comes up corrupted
thinking of trying Rogero_CEX4.30_V2.03 firmware but i really dont want to brick it
what do you think?

If you do just try from xmb, I can't see it bricking you to be fair as rogero stated it will install over all cfw via xmb try it and let us know how you get on.

not sure if ur up&running again, just use the Rebug 999 downgrader if ur on Rogero 4.xx and install it via the Recovery(yup it works), it wil take the update and once booted, check/install toolbox for QAflag or do the button combo, from there install any CFW355 and ur good to go again, the 999.pup works fine on Rogero to get back to so give it a shot

How i fixed this : Using a jig i installed Rogero 3.55 in FSM . Done in 10 minutes

FSM formats the HDD, always use it as last resort, and yes pls report back if things worked..it should

i always use REBUG ’999′ DOWNGRADER then REBUG 3.55.3 REX EDITION then OFW 3.55.
