Hi mates;

im on CFW 4.30 Rogero v2 . I never created a PSN account and never logged in to the psn. but my ps3 is connected to the internet wirelessly . sometimes when I start a game via multiman the game says it found an update and ask me to approve the update. for example pes2013 just updated itself before holidays. what I wonder is do I have a chance of being banned this way ? or what are the chances of my console gets banned just updating games without loging into PSN ? or even creating an account ? .

if any one knows more info about this I'll be happy if they can write here .

No, downloadning game updates should not get yo banned. Beware later on that they don't require a higher firmware, than you are at.
