In an interview with DigitalSpy CEO and founder of Crytek Cevat Yerli, has said that Crysis 3 will not be appearing on the Wii U, he has also stated that this is not down to Crytek, but down to publishers EA, here is a quote from the source:

“It’s a purely business decision. I’d love to see it on Wii U, but what I love to see and what gets done at the end of the day are two different things. Even so, I could initiate it but someone has to sell it, right?”
Yerli added: “It’s a business decision between EA and Nintendo. If that business decision doesn’t make sense, or seems to not make sense for them, it’s… not possible for us to make it. We can’t publish ourselves, and that’s the bottom line.”

Somehow I understand the decision... BO-II for example, if I am online there are maybe 3000 users online. Compared to the PS3 BO-II servers that is laughable... DLC for BO-II? Maybe, somewhere in the future but unknown when...

Playing Far Cry 3 on my PS3 atm, I want to play it on the Wii-U but nope, no Far Cry 3 for the Wii-U.....

The Wii-U is a very nice machine, but Nintendo has a lot to do before it is accepted by the public as a real competitor to the PS3 and the Xbox360. And as long as that doesn't happen companies won't invest much money in a half accepted system due to the economic situation worldwide.

Nintendo sold 638,339 Wii U consoles in Japan between December 8th and 30th.

Nintendo has sold 675,000 Wii U consoles in North America between Release date and now.

Of course, that's hardly any people at all.......

The wii-u been out since 2012 November. It's 2013 January.

Your numbers you post might have gone up by 20,000 or so.
So think about it..

1,363,339 wii-u might have sold? Or 1,400,000 if makes you feel better.

Now I see what you're saying, one million is a big number but I saw on a different site people didn't buy because of the price. They couldn't buy the wii-u for 350.00 USD because they sold out.

I think I was just getting mix up with game tape sales and video game systems.
Because systems normal do take time to sell. It's the games that sell fast like mw3

The vita is a fail though. They might have 2.5 million sales by now and been out for over a year! I think they are f**king stupid for the memory card cost though.

Just cos it sold that amount, does'nt automatically mean they online. Let alone online at once(heard of time zones).

Still poor numbers for a new console launch. Weekly Wii U WW sales numbers are pretty bad. UK Wii U numbers are appalling.
