I would follow @Rogero s downgrade tutorial.

For Two reasons I did not put this(Qa Flag) in the tutorial:
1-There are people that installed CFW +4.21 on Their PS3 so Qa Flag not working
now If I separate people into two groups(3.55 users and CFW +4.21 users) Reading tutorial Be dull for Reader

i installed This CFW Without Qa Flag on 90 PS3 Or higher and Some of them were even too Downgraded

in Rogero CFW 4.30 +2.03 no need to dehash (Qa Flag) PS3

Hi everybody
Well first of all, I hope i'm not off-topic or repeating questions. I might be noober than this tutorial

I've just started in the jailbreak world last month and I've been searching for help since.
So, I bought my ps3 slim 12gb (CECH-4000B i think) for Christmas with the official FW 4.25 .. I searched for a CFW and found the easiest way (imo) to install it (jailbreak).
I found the CFW 4.31 and it worked for me but then I noticed I didn't had the "Install Package Files" option, so i'm not able to install Multiman to play games.
I decided to wait for an update and yesterday I saw the new "Rogero CFW CEX v4.30/4.31 v2.05 Released (07.01.2013) - Restores Install PKG Files Function!" and I thought it would solve my problem. I downloaded the file, put it on my 8gb flash drive (G:\PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP) and it said "No applicable update data was found."
I tried a flash drive, an iPod and my external HD (all in FAT32)

Can someone help me?
