yes 200 its ifi..did byte reverse as u said..and i cant push 6 up..e3 denied to flush..so i did flush fun mode with 1 up and rest down..its flushed..but still no screen..nothing..if i unpluged e3 flusher and put hard drive..then power on..ps3 shut down within 3 second itself..i also soldered sbe to tristate..so nothing happened..so i plugged the e3 again..and ps3 only stays in flush fun mode..i cant even backup the dump anymore..its keeping shutting down..any solution?

What is the dump you are using?
use the dump you done with the "mmdump tool". it is valid but at 200 address it is IFI. so as far as my E3 Flasher experience which is very small the dump which will be flashed using the E3 Flasher has to be Byte Reserved FI.I.

i am using the dump taken by memdump..which is valid u said..so should i patch it or byte reverse??or just flush simply wtihout patching??

YES it is valid.
Using E3 Flasher, as far as i know it has to be byte reversed at 200 (FI.I) should be.
and please send the dump again to the Email to let someone else check it for you.
if there is something wrong with it, i will stop checking Dumps for good

hmm..dont be.. u are good @ checking dumps..the dumps was clarified by other member also(specially the e3 forum)..all of the people said its valid..and most of the people said i can unbrick the reogero 4.21 brick with this dump..now i bought e3 flaher spend 100 us..and guess what i am without luck..tried continiously like 3 days..still no luck..

As i said Bro.
i only downgraded 5 PS3s with E3 flasher the rest with the ProgSkeet.
the dump used with the E3 Flasher has to be put reversed at 200 (FI.I) not IFI.
try byte reverse it and flash it or byte reverse it and batch it with rogero Nor batcher then flash it

ok here what i did..i flushed with my original 3.55(without patching and byte reverse)dump in flush fun mode..and then backup again from ps3...i compared and saw both are same..so my clip is doing great..it seated perfect..

2.now i did byte reverse and rogero nor patch with 3.55 original dump..then flush with flush fun mode..nothing happen same brick..i cant change the setting even like i cant even backup dump from ps3..if i change e3 card setting..ps3 turned of within 3 second..ps3 only can stay on flush fun mode..what should i do??plz help me..

did you try to remove the E3 Flasher and test the PS3 after flashing the original dump without patching?
yours i think does not patching since it is on FW 3.55.
but has to be byte reversed

i did..i flashed with original dump without patch without byte reverse..then removed e3 from mobo and connect hdd..black screen..usb dead..ps3 power on..

then i flashed again with original dump with byte reverse ..then removed e3 from mobo and connect hdd.ps3 turn of within 3 sec...

Weird,
if nothing worked for you, send it to someone who is using ProgSkeet with your valid dump. i think it may be fixed or wait to the E3 Flasher experts here to help you more on this issue.
i am out of ideas too.
try flash it with the HDD in the PS3 ?
