so much fuss about nothing..there is already way to deal with pre-owned sellers - online. If sony wants to get rid of resellers, they just have to move all games to psn, just like Valve with Steam. No one resell games there...

I rarely buy brand new games, unless they're cheap and worth it.

For the rest, it's used games in excellent condition all the way.

When you are on PC, you can only basically only buy new games so I do not have a choice anyways. Steam treats me good anyways. $15 Max Payne 3, another site offered me Batman Arkham City GoTY for $5. Obviously new.

And besides I never said I hated either company but their practices. So personal preference is not allowed? I dont think they way either go about this is right. I still want the ability to swap titles with friends or continue my gamefly account. And yes I buy my games if you were part of the Dreamcast community you would know that I buy and dump hundreds of games for the TOSEC database. This is all thanks to guess what? Used games but I dont support the pocket gouging they do to their users by selling a game they just bought from someone for twice what they gave for it when they dont even bother to clean the disc.

Exactly if Sony and all the top Devs/Pubs got together and say they wanted a cut of the used games companies profits or they'd take away the market by using Sonys patent. I think they hand over a share. That way Devs/Pubs get something back off used games and gamers get cheap games, win win.
