please remove appldr tasks, as they will brick ps3 with blackscreen and no recovery. only recoverable with flasher. i talk about fself and key add tasks. i have tried them already, and eussNL has also put them to unsafe folder on his git

This was in case of self_rebuilder have produced non encrypted segment parts. But i completely removed self_rebuilder and coded a complet new routine for scetool to encrypt files.
And ass the pre-release state it: "Don’t try this version if you don’t own a Hardware Flasher!"

@haxxxen @carldenning this release is in working stage and i also already implemented a SHA1 checksum test which will be compared with knowen SHA1 sum of OFW pup's to protect the avarage user to use a corrupted OFW as input pup.

I've coded it as a option in MFW builder so this means in case of you want to trie something out with a non valid FW and you know what your doing, you can disable the SHA1 check on the input pup.

Google ps3keys and one that says appdr 465-430 go into that site and you will see all the keys but you can download the keysets upto 4.31

Just make sure that you do not use them as they have stated you cod brick your console so make sure you have a e3 flasher

Agreed and disagree at the same time. I saw it on twitter and gave it a little test run and it works pretty well. Was actually thinking about updating the hax collaboration MFW project with a new 4.30 pup.

Now I also see a lot of new options added and while I may have a good understanding what these options do and make sure the firmware I make is tested before passing it out to anyone I would watch newer pups that will without a doubt be released. Too many options that arent as noob friendly. Remember we had 3.55 pups with all options checked in MFW builder and I bet we see the same now with 4.xx pups.

If you see pups come from members that you feel aren't the most intellegent or if someone tries to release a pup without proof of testing then stay away from it.

I have a Thread with all the keys.
There are others too.
If your on 3.6+ then you cannot do it.
BTW the 4.2x and 4.3x Keys are the same.
