thanks for checking man!! my biggest concern was indeed the percentage of the 00s. does that affect the dump at all?

I have encountered 3 ps3 with 00s less than 18.38% and they worked fine.
patach the Dump you have and check the Patched dump for statistics and till me the result

the patched dump has these statistics 00s are: 26.33% the ffs are: 10.42.
