I see that this update is in fact several mods bundled together. I looked into how to do this, followed video tutorials meticulously and yet...merging mods does not appear to be possible. All attempts failed. I am curious if anyone else has attempted this. It would be pretty cool to be able to slap more of them inside this one as that would basically mean almost unlimited mods. no luck yet on my part though.

if anyone knows of the exact procedure necessary to avoid errors and such, it would be most helpful. if the question belongs elsewhere or the resource material is elsewhere I'd be happy to follow a link as well.

The first download is loose files (already put into a BSA) that would override what is contained in the BSA but since the ps3 and xbox won't archive invalidate like the PC you have to unpack the actual bsa that contains the textures, sounds, meshes, videos, etc. replace what you want then you repack it and make sure the compression flag is set to zero when you repack the BSA. BSAopt V2 is IMO the best tool for the job.

As for merging mods, Well that is a complicated process as there are not any tools that will automatically merge the records contained in esps or esms. I mean you could use TESVsnip........ but it mangles records and fileheaders and can lead to all sorts of headaches. TESVedit is the tool i would use but all merging must be done by hand and can be time consuming depending on the amount of records to merge.
