Play online with cfw or dual boot?

I would like to know if I can play with original game without getting banned on cfw or if it s safer dual booting and play on ofw.
Does e3 flasher damage with ps3 high temperature?

Are you able to downgrade your console? I wouldn't have thought dual boot would cause high temps. All the hardware would run the same, it's just a re-direction from what nor it reads from. On ofw it will run from the onboard nor as usual, and on cfw it will read from the nor chip on the e3 flasher main board. And you can always check your temps when running cfw. hope this helps.

Yes no problem with downgrading i've never done one but it's not the first time
I open a ps3.
I'm not afraid of the temps of the e3 board but the cpu and gpu temps that could damage the clip that is really near to them...
I think the clip is made of crappy plastic it could be bad seeing smoke getting out my ps3 lol and it could maybe damage the nor on the mother board

lots of people dual boot and I've never read any reports of burning clips mate. Don't worry about that.

It may be, I hope...
I think that you could get banned if you play a backup or if you cheat but on these new CFWs based on the latest OFWs you shouldn't get banned.
I think that any CFW 4.31 has the same online certificates (I don't know the correct term or the name of the file) of the OFW 4.31. This is the reason why people that in the past play online original game with f*** psn and 3.55 kmeaw didn't get banned AFAIK.
