So boys & girls I shall I go ahead and just try to install '3.55 Remarry' via Recovery Mode, bearing in mind that my PS3 is now on a 3.55 CFW as stated above?

Just making sure, it's taken quite some effort just to get my PS3 this far.

Yes you have your orig dumps still don't you what can go wrong

Step 1 be on rogero 2.07 (3.55 CFW) even if you have just used it to downgrade

Step 2 install remarry 3.55 from recovery menu

Step 3 install qa toggle and run

Step 4 providing you heard beeps in step 3 install 3.55 ofw

Step 5 install any cfw of your choice

you are supposed to put them on a usb stick and it will auto run when in fsm.

Guess so. But can also run it from 'Recovery Mode' via option 6?

I think. Don't listen to me. Easier than getting placing PS3 in FSM first, just run it?

what would you want to run in option 6?, if you want to brick your ps3 then go ahead.

Well if you went to 3.55OFW, you're unhashed as otherwise the PS3 would be bricked.

The easiest way to unhash a console is to get it into Factory Service Mode, then add lvl2diag.self + 3.55OFW or 3.41 at root of USB then plug it into the RIGHT USB Port. Shutdown the console and turn it back on. it's going to install (blackscreen, PS3 shutdown by itself once it is done). Do that TWICE! Means once the PS3 shut off, plug the USB in a computer and check the log, at the end it's gonna tell if it is successfull. Then plug it back into the PS3 again and turn on and wait until it turns off again then you re good.

If it is unsuccesful, it doesn't count as one flash. I had to use the lvl2diag.self NoBD patched to get it to work even with my bluray connected

that isn't gonna work, u must trigger FSM and then re-marry with provided files, i fu c an dehash after it..it's easy fix...else u must dehash with fsm cuse the pkg isn't running..and also u posted being on OFW355 in ur first post...must be a nochecker, or any cfw355 nochecker
