No don't post to this post. You need to post in the guide you are following. Also you have buggered the fan plug, you might want to start looking at guides to fix that or an alternative power supply for the fan. But that is where your problem lies. Can you solder?

Might as well keep this thread going for help. The problem is not with following the guide. But with a busted fan plug.
You will need to get it soldered back. Same problem here. See pics of after it was fixed here.

well I can't solder but my father can and very well. I will ask his help. So if he solder it is it going to be alright and i will just follow the instructions?

also i want to ask somethin more. I saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=WHNw2E4tU6c (to see the steps after the e3 flasher part) and at this time in video it shows the lights 10:14. My lights from e3 flasher is exactly the same except the blue ones. They aren't so bright. I barerly see them. Why?

when i read this..man i miss my dad...he was a multi know-how..could fix anything......oh well all the drama aside...hope u get it fixed..those pesky connectors are soft and need carefull removal as u have noticed
