How safe is PSN on CFW 4.30, I have seen a tons of posts about bannings. But most of them are to do with Black Ops 2, See the thing is I don't play COD. I would like to log into the store, Or have the mature questions unlocked in Buzz!. How safe am I with just being logged in going to the store, Or being logged in playing a game that isn't Black Ops 2.

It's not foolproof. More luck than anything. Some users have taken every precaution and still wound up banned. Others just go in rawdog without a condom and have managed to fly under their radar. It's pretty much up to you to decide if the risk is worth the reward. I was on 3.55 for nearly two years without going online. So I figured, what the hell let's give this a shot. I was pretty much under a self imposed ban anyways. Anyways, I played a legit disc on CFW that I bought on launch night and still got banned. At least I still have my free T-shirt that came with the game and an XBOX 360 that I can still play it online with. BO2 is literally the only game I even care about playing online. That's because online Zombies is the only part worth playing.
