The hack you need is the one you ofw is. Lets so its 6.60, if you want that you can download 6.60 cfw. Or downgrade to 6.20 like I did then cfw which is permanent. You can have permanent cfw on the 1000's. Just put 6.20 cfw.

Download This Pack

And Follow the Steps:
Step1: if your system is below 6.60 run the Update, run it any way it will till you have the latest Firmware. Directory should be(USB:PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP) after update delete it

Step2: Copy "PROUPDATE" to your PSP ( the file EBOOT.PBP should be in the following Directory: USB:PSP/GAME/PROUPDATE/EBOOT.PBP)
run it and follow the instruction. once done it can be deleted.

Step3: Copy "FastRecovery" to your PSP ( the file EBOOT.PBP should be in the following Directory: USB:PSP/GAME/FastRecovery/EBOOT.PBP)
run it and follow the instruction.
keep this file which will activate the hack once your PSP shut off.

You can not run Perma Hack on E1000,PERIOD, There is a different between 1000 and E1000

Yes it is the Same,
but be carefull with the CIPL_Flasher folder, do not put it on your PSP if you run it it will brick your PSP.
th "CIPL Flasher" is for the PSP1000 and PSP2000 less than TA88 V3 Mobo

i hacked both my PSP Phat and Slim2000 old-school with a modded Pandora battery.
guess a lot has happened to the PSP since then
back when i was at PSPHacks (not dash hacks) the 3000 was still new!! LOL
