i have an e3 flasher and a spare console but you got no chance of me trying this out when it states in red writing by the creator for cfw only.

Because OFW does not have the spkg_hdr.1 signature check patched.. If it did it would be CFW..

If you modify the CORE_OS_PACKAGE.pkg then you need to make a new CORE_OS_PACKAGE.pkg.spkg_hdr.1 to match your new pkg.

Now since we DO NOT have the private key to sign the spkg_hdr.1 file it will ALWAYS fail on OFW firmware 3.56+

Think about it: How are you going to run this on OFW?

Without an exploit this wont work. IIRC the HMAC keys are needed to get this working from the updater.... and if you had HMAC keys... you wouldn't need this.

tried the program and it give me an error but it still creates the pup...is that normal?

I guess The only choice for me is to buy a new ps3 & put a 3.55 cfw on it sice I cant buy e3 flasher X(

Good luck finding a new PS3 that you can install CFW on WITHOUT a flasher.
