Can not for the life of me find the 4.11 OFW anywhere on the net, or in the download section of the forums. Has anyone got a validated like please.

It will be tough to find, since the wiki's downloads are all dead now.
Your best bet might be to find a game that has that update. Like Adidas MiCoach, Dirt Showdown, Dragons Dogma, LEGO Batman 2 DC Super Heroes, etc... You can check what games have 4.11 here. One of my games might have it, I'll check.
