loading problems

Well this is what happened I was installing a game with multiMAN 04.18 and in the middle my power went out after that my xmb would not load correctly the background loads but no menus come up after a while I decided to reflash my system now nothing will load correctly the background will load and the menus will load but when you click to load anything it justs goes to a black screen and nothing happens just wondering if anybody could help I would appreciate any advice thank you im on Rogero CEX-4.30 v2.05 everything worked great before this happened

it may be a hardware issue but lets start out going into recovery menu and choose option 3 then 4

if it doesnt work you may try to reinstall the FW

download the 4.25to3.55.PUP(alsow called DOWNGRADER.PUP) and install it via recovery menu
you are then on a hybrid FW 4.30-3.55
download/install toggle_QA and run it... PS3 should restart with 3 beeps
if it doesnt then try again...if it still doesnt work dont touch the PS3
to check if QA flag is set go to network settings(not in network settings) and press L1+L2+L3+R1+R2+dpad_down you should see 3 more settings

then download rogeros cfw 3.55 v3.7 and install it via XMB

after its done you are good to install rog 4.30 v2.05 again
