I sent my PS3 Phat to Paul yesterday for Downgrade and Blu Ray fix will keep you updated on the service I recieve. Looking at the feedback Im pretty sure that im gonna get a job well done.

posted my ps3 nand console to Sarah1331 yesterday. got pm today at 11am saying all done downgrade and now its in the post back to me. great service Highly recommended.

Kids upgraded PS3 to latest firmware by accident so,

took my 60GB PHAT to paul, and what a really nice bloke. dropped it off with him, and turned up the next day, he tried to read the NAND and got a lot of bad blocks, so was going to give it me back as there's nothing that can be done if reads bad.

I turned up at his place and had a good chat with him regarding my options, he was very busy with other consoles and also juggling family problems, he didn't want to admit defeat and said he could try recompiling the dump and trying a few more reads, but it would take some time and he didn't have a lot of it, so i left it with him, and just told him, take as long as you want as its no good to me in its current condition, he said he may give me a ring within 2 weeks just to update me on the progress.

anyway, next day get a phone call from paul asking me what i would say if he told me my PS3 wouldn't switch on ever again :-O

then turned round and said, well it works fine and i've successfully downgraded, and put the latest regero 4.30 firmware on for you.

Big thanks to paul who was absolutely a diamond to deal with, and will be sure to use him in the future for all my console needs. oh and thanks for giving me a mini heart attack on the phone :-D

if this guy can't fix it no one can, he's got the tools and the knowledge, so if your unsure send it to him, he offers a great service
