I think you should provide the right psn links too^^
But no person can say what the rap is for...you have to test them

To get the links from your own purchased stuff, you have to sniff the links. For example with wireshark or with your router.
Alternatively you can use the d0.pdb file.

1. If your router is capable of capturing packets:

- turn on that funktion
- enter the store, go to your purchased stuff
- start download and cancel
- start download and cancel
- and so on ...
- stop capturing
- open the capture file with wireshark
- filter for http
- now you can find the links

If you right click the link and follow TCP stream, you can see the host adresse like zeus.dl.playstation.net and the GET Request. Both together ist your downloadlink.
You also find .png links there.
If your router doesn´t support capturing, you can use wireshark for capturing traffic.

2. Use the d0.pdb:

- enter the store, go to your purchased stuff
- download in background
- after that you got that bubble (don´t install)
- copie d0.pdb
Rogero 4.30 CFW -> hdd0/vsh/task/"Content ID"/d0.pdb
Rebug 4.21.1 CFW -> hdd0/vsh/game_pkg/"Content ID"/d0.pdb
- open that file with editor or hxd and copie the link

OR you just install ps3 ProxyServer on your Computer, go to network settings in the PS3 and set the PC/Laptop (on which ps3 Proxyserver is running) as Proxy...
And Copy the Link in the Log File
