still playing BF3 Premium Online from my backup copy and all seems to be fine. I play nearly every evening.

Got banned yesterday while I was on my ofw. They banned every account from my cfw, so the ones on my ofw that are also on my cfw got banned.
NOTE I haven't turned my cfw on in about a month.
So if you think your getting away with it YOUR WRONG!!!

Like zombiekilla said they monitor everything.

I have one account that I use for DC universe that has never been used online on cfw and that got banned.
So you think your pissed about some cod stats lol how about a game with over $600.00 invested in and getting banned for doing nothing wrong on that account.

so far I've missed the hammer this time round. I play online with backups rebug 4.21 spoofed to 4.31, I make sure I'm signed out when running multiman and try only to sign into psn after I've booted a game.

This probably doesn't change sony can see whats going on but I rather err on the side of caution.

Did you data transfer from CFW to OFW? If so did you forget to remove homebrew apps?

I got figured out why
I was on black ops 2 off line but I didn't turn network settings off.
Network settings were on to activate account that had paid for content on it and like a dumba$$ never turned it off.

You are correct! Console and PSN Account are banned. PS_Unban helped me get online again together with a new PSN Account.

My main psn account has officially been banned!! Most likely because of the psn games I recently installed, "The cave" never played online but I did sync trophies which may have been how hence that game isn't connected to my psn account in anyway. >[
