Ah man, what a shame he is on trueblue :/ There is no higher TB firmware :/ its fortunately unneeded, there is no need for that reDRM anymore to play the newest games.
Perhaps you will be able to in the future, if the trueblue guys makes a comeback (crossing fingers and hoping not). Its all locked up on DRM.
Rogero isnt a DRM filled firmware, so you will not be able to use your trueblue dongle there.

I hope I understood you correctly.

Just toss it out imo.

1. Install OFW 3.55
4. Install Rogero 4.30 v2.05 from XMB.

Other words of caution you might want to consider:
XMB installs has been possible since Rogero v2.00 or so.... Recovery mode installs is still the safest thing though, but XMB installs works.

It would be a smart move to install a 3.55CFW such as rebug, kmeaw or rogero before upgrading to 4.30. If you install a 3.55CFW, you can install qa_toggle(find it on ps3devwiki), and make a dump of the flash using MultiMAN or memdump. Both qa_toggle and a flash of the dump can help you in case you dun goof / **** up. You are more safe in case you **** up....
...If your friend is a guy that holds his PS3 dear though, he likely already has a dump of his flash in case his TB firmware ****ed him up... all those DRM protections did _a lot_ of ****ed up things I would have been afraid of... On the other hand, he still most likely do not have a backup flash dump.

The flashdump can be used with a flasher, so if the firmwarechange goes wrong, you can flash the old one back on it.

Hey :D Yea, my first post was a make-no-sense-post on purpose, because he asked something that he should have searched for ^^ I did understand what he wanted to begin with :P

However, when he answered, I figured he was probably too bad to English to use the search function and/or understand what he found, so I decided to just give him a brief step-by-step guide thing. :P

If it has been downgraded, and is on True Blue v2 CFW, then it has been dehashed.

But it is recommended to make sure Qa Flag is toggled on. Go to Network Settings and press L1,L2,L3,R1,R2, and down on the d-pad all at once.
If you get the 3 extra options under Network settings, evy viewer, debug settings, and install packages. Then Qa flag is toggled on.

If you don't, the install and run toggle.qa.pkg. It will go to a blackscreen, beep 3 times, then boot to xmb. Then go check with the button combo, to make sure it is on.
Make sure to take any disc out of the drive.
Then install OFW 3.55 from recovery menu, or Condor Updater.
Then install Rogero 4.30 v2.05 from the xmb.
Enjoy.

Then take that blue dildo, and tape it to the biggest bottle rocket you can find. Then make a video of launching it, and post it here.

I don't see why it wouldn't. It is 3.55. You will have to have the dongle in when you run the app. True Blue CFW acts like OFW without the dongle.
